• Nebbiolo from the Cerretta cru of Serralunga d'Alba • Calcareous clay soils, with a distinct presence of marl (marne di Sant'Agata Fossili) • Southeastern-facing vineyard planted in 1970, replanted in 2002 with an elevation of 300 meters above sea level • Maceration for 7 days with a 10-day fermentation in stainless steel • Aging in a combination of French barriques and 15hl Slavonian casks for 24 months, followed by 12 months split between stainless steel and bottle • 225 cases produced annually
