• Nebbiolo from 0.5 hectares of 45-year-old vines purchased by Claudio’s father in 1972 • Vines at 280 meters planted to Tortonian soil of marl with tuff and a prominent presence of sand • 40-day indigenous yeast fermentation and maceration • 36 months in large Slavonian oak casks (20-25hl) • Approximately 300 cases are produced each year
