• A blend of 60% Corvina, 30% Rondinella and 10% Molinara from vineyards that sit just east of the cooling influence of Lake Garda • Vines are planted at 150 meters above sea level to morainic soils • Fermentation and maceration take place over 10 days • The wine is then aged exclusively in stainless steel until March following the harvest
