• 100% Barbera • Single vineyard that is Demeter certified in the Vista Flores region in the Uco Valley, 2.5 acres, which was planted in 2003 • Mix of loam, sand and clay soils • Fermented for 21 days in Concrete eggs and stainless steel tank • Aged for 14 months in 50% concrete egg and 50% 2nd use oak barrels
