• Nebbiolo from 55 to 75-year-old vines planted in Neive to an amphitheater-shaped vineyard rich in limestone and clay • Fermentation and maceration on the skins with indigenous yeasts for about 40 days, followed by submerged cap • Aged in oak casks for approximately 20-22 months before bottling • No filtering or fining prior to bottling • 250 cases produced each year on average
