DESCRIPTION
DESCRIPTION
Banhez Jabalà Mezcal is handcrafted in Oaxaca, Mexico, using the rare wild Jabalà agave, which is harvested by hand and roasted in traditional earthen pits before natural fermentation and copper pot distillation. This labor-intensive process produces a mezcal with remarkable complexity and character. Smoky aromas are layered with herbal notes, roasted agave, citrus, minerality, and earthy spice for a long, expressive finish.
