Color: Bright; light yellow; with a very fine and abundant bubble.
Nose: Delicate; but already very expressive; the nose features a great aromatic freshness; with notes of lemon; white fuits; yellow plums and frangipani.
Palate: Right from the start; it is light; yet voluptuous and vibrant; showing a silky texture with a touch of raciness. It features notes of citrus fruit and white flowers; culminating in a long finish; tightly wound on a pure line of the chalky minerality that Cote des Blancs is famous for.
