Ararat Brandy 20 year Nairi

Ararat 20 year Nairi gets 5 Stars but Wine Chateau fell down on this one with an Order Glitch

Brandy is awesome and I recommend it but there is a glitch at Whine Chateau with this SKU: 1091621-1 I ordered the 20 year Ararat Nairi in the Fancy bottle and it is the Same SKU: 1091621-1 as the XO Nairi in the not so fancy bottle and you guys ended up shipping me the XO. Really no way of knowing how old the XO is or if it is the same stuff as the 20 year. So I basically Paid for the much more expensive 20 year reserve for a very special occasion but this XO version arrived instead. It was too much of a hassle to send it back and wait for them to fix this and a chance I would not have the stuff for our occasion so I accepted the credit but this error on their part was very disappointing. So in all... Wine Chateau has made good on it and made up the difference and credited me the difference after admitting their mistake but I notice the SKU: 1091621-1 is still wrong and is the same for both bottles so you might end up with who knows what when ordering this until they fix their SKU's. If you want this stuff, I would call them first to make sure you get what you want. I would have appreciated if they would have done more for me for my troubles that was not my fault and obviously their issue. I ordered 3 bottles and was vying for them to give me an extra few $$ off on top of the credit since it would have cost them about $50 to for me to ship back and them to ship the right bottles but no deal there...
