This delightful; crisp and refreshing wine represents Alfredo’s family winemaking tradition rooted in northern Italy. The pale straw color is derived from fermentation in 100% stainless steel tank. Lime; delicate white flower and just a hint of lychee aromas are rounded out by fresh apple; pear and mineral notes on the palate. The finish is long and zippy; slightly chalky with lemon peel. Excellent pairing for seafood; chicken and pasta.
