Uno Chardonnay 2021 is made with grapes that grow in vineyards in the upper area of the Uco Valley and are harvested by hand at their optimal point of maturity. The winery's gravity filling system facilitates exceptionally gentle treatment of the fruit that is kept on its lees in a stainless steel tank for greater complexity.
“Antigal UNO Chardonnay shows an intense golden yellow color with slight greenish tones. On the nose, it dazzles with its great aromatic complexity. It presents tropical fruit notes, such as white peach, apricot and pineapple, with fine notes of vanilla and patisserie . In the mouth, good balance of sugar-acidity. A fresh, elegant wine with excellent volume; succulent, and with a long finish”, is the best description that its winemaker, Miriam Gómez, can find .
