DESCRIPTION
This single-vineyard Nebbiolo originates from the Côte Russe cru, where steep southwest-facing slopes yield grapes of profound concentration. After hand-harvest in early October, clusters are destemmed and undergo a 25-day maceration with indigenous yeasts in open-top oak vats. Malolactic conversion transpires in barrel, followed by 18 24 months of aging in French oak barriques (30% new). The wine is bottled unfiltered to preserve depth and complexity.
