With Bordeaux as his model, the Yakia Valley's Chris Camarda has been making rich but balanced Cabernet for 30 years. The Black Label, his top cuvee, is made from his Champoux vineyards.
Emphasizing elegance over flamboyance, the wine is fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel and then aged primarily in french oak. 492 cases produced.
