A deep, dusky hue in the glass, the Eola-Amity Pinot Noir exudes a voluptuous nose of ripe black cherry, raspberry, and baked plum. The burst of fruit matches on the palate at first sip, followed by darker mid-palate notes of black tea leaves, wet gravel, licorice and cocoa powder. The acidity provides a nice through-line to the finish, while abundant fruit and grippy tannins offer structure and rich mouth feel.
