Hijo de Rubentis means Son of Rubentis. This sparkling rosé txakolina is sourced from the same vineyard as the Ameztoi Rubentis, but the grapes were picked 10 days earlier to ensure a lower base alcohol. Secondary fermentation occurred in bottle.
