• Digestivo produced by St. Agrestis in Greenpoint, Brooklyn • A total of 20 botanicals featuring gentian, cinnamon, clove, allspice, mint, and sarsaparilla • Base distillate made from organic sugarcane • Botanicals are macerated individually, blended, and aged in ex-bourbon barrels for a minimum of 16 weeks • Aromas of basil, oolong tea, Green Chartreuse, eucalyptus, and fresh pine lead to a palate of kola nut, cinnamon, falernum, and lime with pleasant lift on the finish displaying allspice and clove • No artificial coloring • Gold medalist at the 2022 San Francisco World Spirits Competition • 30% ABV Inspired by classic Italian amari but distinct in its cola-and-spice flavor profile, this beguiling amaro is comforting yet complex on the palate.
