A clear, unaged eau-de-vie distilled from ripe Williams pears in Alsace. No sugar, no barrel, nothing but the fruit. Fresh pear on the nose with green apple, quince and the faintest caramel note, then crisp and warming on the palate at 45%. Serve at room temperature in a glass straight from the freezer, on its own after a meal or in a cocktail.
