DESCRIPTION
Adobe Road Winery in Petaluma, California, belongs to Kevin Buckler, a racing driver whose team won at Daytona and Le Mans. The Racing Series was launched in 2019, and Redline is its red blend.
The 2021 is 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 11% Merlot, 10% Syrah, 8% Zinfandel, 6% Petite Sirah and 5% Malbec. Expect a rich, full-bodied red with dark fruit and spice. The bottle carries a metal tachometer dial with a red needle that tips into the red zone as you pour. It is a fun gift for someone who loves cars, and the wine is solid enough to back it up.
Serve it at 62-65F in a large red wine glass. It is good with burgers, barbecue, grilled steak and smoked brisket.
Bottle size: 750ml
