DESCRIPTION

Ouzo is usually served as an aperitif, but is also used in some mixed drinks and cocktails. Achia Clauss is one of the best producers of spirits and wine in Greece. The classic Greek drink Ouzo is made from a precise combination of pressed grapes and herbs and berries including aniseed, licorice, mint, wintergreen, fennel and hazelnut.Modern ouzo distillation largely took off in the 19th century following Greek independence, with much production centered on the island of Lesbos, which claims to be the originator of the drink and remains a major producer. In 1932, ouzo producers developed the method of distillation using copper stills, which is now considered the canonically proper method of production. Ouzo contains several ingredients, varying according to the producer. Common ingredients include liquorice, mint, wintergreen, fennel, coriander, cloves, angelica root, hazelnut, cinnamon and lime blossom.

The Best Quality of Export Ouzo in Australia

I learnt very early that you can’t have a Greek Girlfriend at a BBQ because her fat brother wants to stab you because I’m not Greek. Later in Life I lived across the Road in Annandale from a Greek Family of Builders and Nicks wife should have opened a sea food restaurant. Beautifully wondrously great people. Until? Nick and his Son Bill thought it would be very funny to let me at a bottle of This Rocket Fuel on an empty stomach after we parked the boat up bc I was teaching them how to SCUBA Dive. Happy Days. Small Glasses that you drop ice in with magnificent seafood is how you do this. Other wise One of your legs will give up the Ghost and you’ll have to drag it along behind you lucky to have a wall you can lean on until you can find a way back to the Baby grilled Octupus and the fish that just jumps into Greek Blokes hands. I need a box of twelve please and I don’t mind waiting b cause up here in Bathurst they know nothing about the Beautiful Greeks. Ya soo
