Winery VIP Experience Sweepstakes
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Sponsor
This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Wine Chateau, located at 85 Central Ave Metuchen, NJ-08840. ("Sponsor"). This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Wagner Family Wines or Caymus-Suisun Winery.
2. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void in any state or jurisdiction where prohibited or restricted by law.
Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible.
3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on April 10,2026 at 12:01AM and ends on May 9, 2026 at 11:59PM ("Sweepstakes Period").
4. How to Enter
A. Purchase Entry (Bonus Entries)
During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible participants will receive 5 bonus entries when they purchase any six (6) bottles of Wagner Family Wines from Sponsor’s website.
Limit: [1] bonus entry award per qualifying order unless otherwise specified.
B. Free Method of Entry (AMOE)
To enter without making a purchase, visit [Entry URL, my web developer will create this page] and complete the entry form with your name, email address, and required information.
Free entries will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.
All entries, regardless of method, have equal chance of winning.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive:
- A VIP experience at Caymus-Suisun Winery in Napa Valley
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $225 per person
Important Restrictions:
- Transportation is NOT included
- Accommodation is NOT included
- Winner is responsible for all travel, lodging, meals, and incidental expenses
- Experience subject to winery availability and scheduling
6. Winner Selection and Notification
Winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor within 7 days after the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
Winner will be notified via email. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, an alternate winner may be selected.
7. Odds
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
8. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the promotion.
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor.
9. Release and Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance/use of the prize.

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles.

No alcohol is awarded as part of the prize. All participants must be 21 years of age or older. Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local alcohol laws and regulations.
