I bought this bottle thinking I would have it in a week or so. I got an email 5 days after buying it that said it was finally shipped. Cool! 7 days after being "shipped", the tracking info shows that this bottle really was not shipped yet. I reached out to customer support and they said that my bottle was just now getting ready to ship. So here we are nearly 3 weeks after I purchased this bottle and I'm still waiting on it to show up. I'm not sure if this slow service is normal, but I definitely would not have purchased from this source If I knew it was going to be this bad. I do not intend on buying from this source again so I was going to let this experience slide. But, since I got an email asking for my feedback on this bottle BEFORE I EVEN RECEIVED MY BOTTLE, I felt it was appropriate to share my honest experience.
