Ninety percent Sangiovese with ten percent Canaiolo, fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel, then about fourteen months in large oak botti and six more in bottle. Ruby with a purple edge. Violets, red and black fruit and a mineral thread, then a medium framed palate with tannins that are present but not aggressive.
