HERE I AM, ASKED TO WRITE A REVIEW WHEN THE PRODUCT HAS NOT YET BEEN DELIVERED! Ordered 4/4 and here it is, 4/21, no delivery. This is a special gift, rather expensive, for my son's 40th birthday but it was not received in time for his surprise celebration with friends flying in from out of town. Huge disappontment, especially when businesses like Amazon often deliver within 1-2 days of ordering. Also, when I tried tracking the shipment the info was unclear, with no rate provided for delivery. When I contacted customer service asking for the delivery date, I've never gotten one. If this business doesn't provide better shipping they'll apt to go out of business, given that most of their competitors are likely to do a much better job. Only reason for two stars is the reasonable base price for the product.

I love the drink when I got it. No timeframe for delivery was communicated and so I spent weeks not knowing when or of I would recive my purchase. Called in to the customer support multiple times but tracking information wasnt updated until weeks after. After a painful and lengthy wait the tracking info was updated. I had to request it directly from customer service and was provided a screenshot of the number. In short, I will avoid ever shopping here again based solely on the supply logistics and poor communication.
