Sweetly fruited and complex with dark plum, raspberry, smoked game and warm spice notes, the wine offers beautifully rounded mouthfeel and juicy fruit intensity together with fleshy texture and fine-grained tannins. Up front and very appealing with vibrant fruit flavours and spicy undertones.
This Shiraz displays a dense purple in the glass, with compliments of red sheen. Divine aromas showcase raspberry and mulberry fruit stand out over toast and coffee oak flavours. The palate is a central acid structure supports a juicy fresh forward mouthfeel, while dusty tannins fill out the mid palate.
Match this Shiraz with grilled or roast beef especially served rare or with a pepper sauce, or for a winter warmer, pair this Shiraz with big beefy stews such as Ox cheek especially ones cooked in wine or with a touch of smoky spice like a chilli.
