The Crusher Sauvignon Blanc 2017

The Crusher Sauvignon Blanc offers vibrant, inviting aromas of tropical pineapple and kiwi fruit as well as blooming floral notes alongside hints of freshly cut grass. The wine offers layers of flavors on the palate with crisp apple, lemon meringue tart and classic lemon zest essence.

The addition of an outstanding lot of Balletto Vineyard Russian River Valley Sauvignon Blanc fruit in the blend, along with aging time spent on the lees, gives the wine a beautiful creamy texture while preserving the bright acidity and zesty character typically found in California Sauvignon Blanc. 

This medium- to full-bodied wine offers nice depth and richness along with the tangy, herbaceous personality that draws people to the variety. It has assertive snap pea and garlic aromas, fresh lemon and herb flavors and a crisp, snappy texture.
