Tastes like a holiday in a glass with lively succulent summer berries and spice from Shiraz gently rounded by ruby depth, juicy plums and smooth tannins of mourvèdre, brushed by the gracious aromatics of viognier in a slick and smooth easy going blend.
Goes with almost anything grilled on the barbeque from sizzling steaks to sticky ribs, spicy sausages or juicy burgers. Also delicious with Italian food like pasta with tomato sauce or cheesy pizzas or home cooked classics like Shepherd's pie. At its best enjoyed unhurried in good company within 3 years of vintage.
