The wine has notes of lemon, sea salt, and stone on the nose, with a palate full of yellow apple, meyer lemon, and ripe pear on a salty, soft but balanced slightly off-dry palate with peach tones.
It is fermented on native yeasts in neutral oak. The Crow Valley Vineyard is a south facing, sustainable, dry-farmed vineyard.
