Terra Libre - Fume Blanc

Pale yellow green color. Aromatical: notes of elderflower, lychee and a fresh crisp finish with lingering flavors of yellow fruit and tones of Muscat.

This delectable Fumé Blanc begins with fruity notes of poached pear, followed by aromas of nutmeg, vanilla and butterscotch. To taste, it is medium bodied with a dry taste, bright in acidity with notes of gooseberry, caramel green apple, and a long finish. This wine is made from Sauvignon Blanc, grown in our Corus Vineyard, and is partially wild fermented.
