Stonestreet Chardonnay 2016

Fermented and aged in French oak barrels, our single-vineyard Chardonnays obtain additional complexity and richness from wild yeast and full malolactic fermentation.

As the name would suggest, although this site lies at elevation, its bench-like exposure and gravelly soils allow a pronounced combination of power and concentration to develop in the grapes. Aromas of magnolias, maple, vanilla, marmalade and freshly peeled citrus are accompanied by crème brûlée and tangerine on the palate with a mouth-watering savory element, resulting in a lengthy finish.
