Winemaking: Sophia 12%. Harvest is done manually. The grapes are stemmed and separated from the clusters. This is followed by pre fermentation cold maceration. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel fermenters.
Tasting Notes: Aromas of dark berries, vanilla and dark chocolate. Rich flavors of ripe berries, with hints of mocha. The tannins are firm in structure and in balance with the lingering fruity finish.
