Washington State's volcanic and mineral driven soils create the ideal environment for Silver Totem wines to develop full aromatic potential. The consistently warm summers and cool evenings of the Pacific Northwest preserve the vibrancy of the grapes and produce a refined tannin structure. Silver Totem is currently bottling limited amounts of Cabernet and producing eco-friendly kegs of Malbec for selected on-premise accounts.
