Seebrich Riesling Spatlese Trocken Niersteiner Oelberg 2015 |
The winery Seebrich was founded in 1783 in Nierstein am Rhein. Today, three generations work in a family business. The vines of the Seebrich family are in the best locations of the "Roter Hangs", the red slate slopes directly on the Rhine. The Riesling is with 48% the most important grape variety in the assortment level and finds in the red slope optimal growth and maturation conditions. For decades, the name Seebrich has been a guarantee for sparkling clean, superbly made sparkling wines as well as filigree, delicately fruity late risers and readings. This has not changed since son Jochen is responsible for the expansion of the wines - on the contrary: the dry and fine dry Riesling of Jochen Seebrich we like from year to year better! If you do not know the Seebrich wines yet, then it's worth trying them
Very well balanced between aromas of yellow fruit and fine spicy mineral notes, with lively but well integrated acidity.
