Fragrant and intense nose of green pears, guava, sweet basil and sugar snaps. It,s creamy and fruity with a medium to full body. Lovely ripe tropical and green fruit. The wine is refreshing and lively on the palate, with a pleasant body and a mineral-rich, juicy spiciness.

The wine goes well with fresh and semi-aged cheeses, seafood, vegetarian recipes, and simple dishes based on white meats.
