On the nose, this pretty wine is fresh with floral red fruits, rose petals and violet with sweet cinnamon and salty spices (clove, pepper). It is elegant and complex with pleasant tannins and a long and fruity finish.
This wine is from several of the estates Garnacha plots. It is macerated for 15 days and undergoes natural alcoholic fermentation, never rising above 24ºC. Malolactic fermentation takes place naturally in concrete tanks and wooden vats after which the wines are aged for 6 months.
