Santa Ema Rivalta 2013 |
Rivalta is the name of a village in the Piedmont region of Italy, where Pedro Pavone Voglino, founder of the Chilean winery of Santa Ema was born. His descendants have wanted to make this wine a tribute to his memory and legacy. The assembly is considered unique and remarkable, having its origin in the selection of the best neighborhoods of the Maipo Alto vineyards, an area highly privileged for its exceptional conditions for viticulture. Its characteristics include multiple exposure of slopes, with altitudes of around one thousand meters, with hills and several floors, characteristics that make Rivalta 2013 an elegant and highly concentrated expression.
Overall, the product has an intense ruby red color and aromas of black fruits, blackberries, cassis, black pepper and a touch of mint and chocolate that add elegance. On the palate it is well rounded and persistent.
