Sanford Chardonnay La Rinconada Vineyard 2017

Quite light in the glass, this bottling from a vineyard planted in 1997 shows pristine aromas of lime, guava peel, lemon juice and wet chalk. The palate is austere at first,

focused on the chalky grip, and then come waves of mellow cherimoya, white peach and other creamy white fruits. A salty element arises on the finish.
