Product Description
This Pinot Noir is produced from sustainably farmed grapes from Casablanca valley. The wine is fermented with wild yeasts to increase depth, intensity and complexity and spends 11 months in French oak barrels. A medium bodied Pinot Noir with remarkable floral, cherry and raspberry aromas. On the palate bright fruit flavors with a wonderful texture and extraordinary acidity.
