It is an elegant wine, with a natural balance between acidity and minerality typical of Tea County and Pazo Pondal wines. This wine has been made with the red varieties of the "Condado de Tea" Pedral and Sousón and with the typical whites of the Albariño and Treixadura area from the oldest vineyards of the winery. The harvest is manual and the first selection of the grapes is made on the plot itself. The flower must obtained without pressig. Ferments in a steel tank with its own yeasts and remains on fine lees for 3 months. Resulting in a fresh and elegant wine in which the primary aromas of its grapes stand out. In the mouth it is vibrant and persistent and on the nose with fruity notes with a floral and mineral background.
