Ramon Cardova Rioja Rosado 2020

The Ramon Cardova Rose (Rosado) is made from 80% Garnacha and 20% Viura sourced from Northern Spain. The color is pale orange, on the nose you get freshly picked strawberries, cherries, minerals and violets. Light in body and very lively, with much of the same on the palate as well as notes of fresh ripe peaches, raspberries and grapefruit with stony minerals and notes of zesty red currants, with high yet balanced acidity and a very long and refreshing finish.

Pairs well with mild cheeses, a variety of salads, poultry, veal and fish.
