Fermentation with maceration in the traditional “Lagar” at aprox. 28-30ºC. Beautiful golden amber colour with delicate green hues and a wonderful rich complex bouquet. Get the most from your port wine by choosing a reasonable sized port glass, serving it slightly chilled at 12ºC-14ºC.

Delicious as an aperitif or following an evening meal. It can also accompany chocolate, cheeses and cream-based desserts or desserts that are not overly sweet. It goes very well with dry fruit and nuts, nut cakes and Swiss rolls.
