It comes in at 14.3% alcohol. This is a well-priced Reserva that shows all the elegance and refinement of the producer's regular Tinto in this report, but it seems more polished and a little more capable of aging. Most importantly, it feels deeper in terms of mouthfeel. In truth, today there isn't much gap between the two. It is also true that the price spike isn't enormous here, but bargain hunters may well be happy stopping with the regular Tinto. This Reserva still needs to demonstrate over the next few years that it is capable of more improvement.
