Psagot Cabernet Sauvignon Single Vineyard 2016

Grapes used in the Psagot Cabernet Sauvignon come from vineyards north of Jerusalem. The wine is elegant, with a rich structure and a long finish: a powerfully classic Cabernet Sauvignon with rich tones of cassis, forest fruit, plum, cherry, and raspberry.

Nutty introduction to the nose, joined by vegetal tones to the ripe Cabernet fruit. Fills the mouth with creamy fruit, with touches of tobacco and parsley.
