Pale yellow. The nose opens up to floral and vegetal notes then white-fleshed fruits. The palate combines a sensation of softness and a trace of freshness bolstered by a vegetal dimension. An instantly accessible Prosecco drinking well as an aperitif.
Youthful and bright, with a light straw colour. Quite tiny bubbles. The nose is pure, showing quite ripe notes of apple, pear. With some floral hints as well. Some chamomile, a hint of green tea and citrus. Nicely rounded palate.
