Flat Brim Wines Petite Sirah 'Not Extra' Rogue Valley 2020

This wine is 100% Petite Sirah from southern Oregon, just north of the California border, 50% carbonic for 10 days, then pressed off to neutral barrels for 10 months and bottled with just a touch of sulfur.

Smokey dark fruit with crushed flowers and spice, but juicy and light on it's feet and should definitely be served slightly chilled with some burgers or barbecue. So good.
