The peels are vacuum sealed and used within 24 hours after they have been harvested. Our process ensures that only the yellow lemony part of the lemon is used for our limoncello. The peels are then soaked in pure alcohol made only from natural molasses sugarbeets. The liquid is then sweetened with Italian sugarbeet sugar, and combined with additional lemon oils, a flavorful extra step unique to Pallini. The final liqueur is color stabilized for consistency before bottling. Our limoncello is naturally gluten-free and has a Kosher certificate.
