A vibrant, sleek white, with apple, lemon and saline flavors focused by lively acidity. Balanced and long, this finishes with a salty tang. This shows finesse and brightness for an Aligote with lemon and green-mango character. Medium-bodied, dry and lively.
Made by the highly popular Olivier Leflaive, this is a great example of the often underrated Aligote. It's decidedly Chablis-like, with just a tiny hint of stone fruit ripeness. Very pure, mineral, focussed and with rapier like acidity.
