TASTING NOTES

Vivid garnet red, the nose reveals an intense and pleasantly complex aroma. Hints of passito flowers, violet and rose of stain, and a delicate spiciness open to a dry, warm and savory taste, characterized by an elegant and persistent finish, with hints of plum.

Bright garnet with brick red highlights in the glass; concentrated aromas of dried flowers, violet and wild rose to the fore, spices and hints of blackberry jam. Dry, warm, full- flavored palate with an elegant finish of ripe plum and lingering bitter almond.

PAIRINGS

Throughout the meal, it goes well with rich seconds typical of Valtellina cuisine. Excellent with polenta and venison stew.
