Very bright, luminous ruby. Pronounced spice on the nose, with unripe redcurrant, delicately smoky. On the palate refreshing, juicy, but rustic on the mid palate, seems very oaky with a dry finish.
The palate is fruity, fresh and offers a juicy/acidulous frame, tension as well as a good definition. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crunchy cherry, crunchy berries and small notes of rose associated with a subtle hint of cherry flowers as well as hint of liquorice stick.
