Mt. Tabor Gewurztraminer 2016

The Tabor Mt. Tabor Gewurztraminer is sourced from the finest Gewürztraminer vineyards in the Galilee, Israel. The wine has a golden color with a tinge of greenness. There is a good viscocity on the wine. This wine has the classic gewurztraminer verietal smell. The aromas of green apple peels, underripe green tomatoes, fresh green pear, and even some honeydew. There are some hints of peppery honey to the aroma as well.

The mouth has a light to medium bodied taste. There are some sweeter notes on the mid palate, liked baked apple, but then the acid takes over and then end finishes with a bittery taste.
