Production: The grapes are de-stemmed and gently pressed, then the must macerates 15-20 days on the skins at a controlled temperature of 28-30°C.

Nose: Rich aromas of wild berry fruit and subtle notes of vanilla.

Taste: Smooth and warm in the mouth, it features superb structure, delicate balance, long-lingering aromas and flavours.
