Valpolicella Ripasso DOC is obtained through the special Ripasso winemaking technique , which consists in passing the Valpolicella over the pomace of Amarone and Recioto. Following this process, the wine is destined for silence and rest in cask. The simplicity of the elements in evolution between them returns a balanced and velvety result. A unique wine with a distinct and defined personality, a full-bodied and at the same time captivating, soft and enveloping character.
